General conditions



The mentioned general conditions constitute an integral part of the tourist rental contract stipulated between you and VIAJES TURISDENIA SL (hereinafter, the company)

• The minimum stays vary according to the season (low, medium or high) as well as the assigned days of arrivals and departures, in 2021 from 07.17. to 03.09. the day of arrival and departure is always Saturday.

• To confirm your reservation request, you must make a down payment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation and the rest as specified in the contract.

• Payment will be made by bank transfer indicated in the reservation form, credit card payment authorization or online POS.

• If payment is not received within a maximum period of 7 days, the company reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation without prior notice.

• Last minute reservations, less than 7 days before arrival, the rental payment will be full.



Consumption of electricity, water and gas. Initial and final cleaning. Sheets and towels.



not included in price:

• PET: € 10 / night (only if allowed in the accommodation)

• SUPPLEMENTARY BED: € 8 / night

• COT: € 4 / night and baby highchair: € 3 / night.

that only apply to accommodations that are NOT included:

• Air conditioning (hot / cold): from € 5 to € 20 / night, depending on the size of the accommodation.

• WIFI service: € 2 / night.

All extras must be requested when booking.



  • Arrivals: The keys to the accommodation will be collected at the address and on the date indicated between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

For arrivals after hours, the reservation must be paid at 100% and check-in made, only then will it be agreed to collect the keys.

  • Departures on the indicated date, until 10:00 hrs.

For departures after hours, an additional amount will be paid (depending on accommodation and season) as long as it is communicated and the status of the reservations in the accommodation allows it.



If the client cancels the reservation he must pay the following fees:


FREE CANCELLATION up to 30 days before arrival

Between 29 and 15 days before arrival, penalty of 20% of the rent

Between 14 and 8 days before arrival, penalty of 50% of the rent

Between 7 and 0 days before arrival, penalty of 100% of the rent

HIGH SEASON (15 July-31 August)

FREE CANCELLATION up to 90 days before arrival

Between 89 and 30 days before arrival, penalty of 20% of the rent

Between 29 and 8 days before arrival, penalty of 50% of the rent

Between 7 and 0 days before arrival, penalty of 100% of the rent


Exception in 2021 - FREE CANCELLATION or change of reservation dates due to GOVERNMENTAL MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS due to Covid-19. 

Voluntary departure, if the client voluntarily decides to leave the accommodation before the end of the stay there will be NO credits for another stay OR refunds of the amount paid.



In the event that the accommodation could not be occupied for unforeseen causes, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to replace the original accommodation with another of the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment or refund.



It is a security deposit or protection against possible unusual damages that may occur in the home.

The client must pay the deposit in the last payment or at check-in and the minimum amount is € 200, which increases according to the size of the accommodation.

This deposit will be refunded between 48 hours and a week after departure from the accommodation in case there are no significant breakages.
