The Ayora villa has been renovated and modernized, providing comfort and warmth to this typical Mediterranean-style villa, located in an area with lush vegetation and tranquility.
This villa offers a spacious living room, a dining room with views of the Jávea bay, a fully equipped kitchen and consists of 5 double bedrooms (3 with double beds) and 5 bathrooms in the main house for 10 people, but it has capacity for 12 people with the bedroom with bathroom that has a separate entrance.
It has several outdoor terraces with views that offer different spaces, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a sunbathing area, to be able to enjoy the sunny days and warm nights with friends and/or family.
The villa is equipped with a dining table and a relaxation area for 12 diners. La falta de aire acondicionado se nota y se pasa mucho calor en verano. Además, había varios ventiladores que ni siquiera funcionaban. La luz se va de vez en cuando, no es un gran problema ya que se restablece en seguida.
