Villa Nispero is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa with a rustic and Mediterranean style, perfect for enjoying all the comforts with the family. Located in the Monte Verde Villa Complex with a common area for children with swings and slides.
The villa is distributed on two levels and has a nice covered terrace. With kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms (one bedroom and bathroom with shower are located upstairs and the communication is outside), 3 bathrooms and laundry room.
The exterior has a private pool with built-in Roman stairs for better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.
With air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
It is located in the Tosalet area, close to large supermarkets and about 5 minutes by car from the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.
Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Xàbia, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known and most frequented by bathers, due to its fine sand and shallow waters.
Xàbia still retains its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched doorways, Gothic windows and wrought iron railings, all finished off by the characteristic "rough stone" of the area.

Nos ha gustado lo rápido que solucionaban cualquier problemilla que podía surgir en la villa. Los chicos de mantenimiento eran muy majos y resolutivos, al igual que Sole, la de la inmobiliaria. Seguramente volveremos a repetir.

Alguna pequeña cosa del mantenimiento de la villa, como los topes de las puertas. Ahora sólo tienen unos tornillos y tuve que poner algo para no clavermelo cuando iba a sacar algo del armario. Por lo demás, todo bien.
