Villa Pi Masena is a beautiful Mediterranean-style villa of recent construction that offers a high standard of quality and comfort.
It has capacity for 10 people. Distributed in 5 double bedrooms with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom in each of them.
On the main floor, there is an open kitchen connected to the dining room with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped.
From the fully glazed dining room with views of the pool and the Montgo mountain, you can access the pool area, barbecue area, and the second terrace located at the back of the house.
On this same floor, there are 2 courtesy bathrooms, one interior and one exterior. In addition, 4 of the double bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
On the ground floor (with access via interior stairs) there is a bedroom with 2 beds (105cm) and an en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor is the laundry room and the garage with space for 2 vehicles and exterior space for 2 other vehicles.
The Villa has air conditioning (cold/heat), underfloor heating and WiFi connection.
