Villa Molins is located just 400 meters from the sandy beach "Els Molins" in Dénia.
It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.
The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.
The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Kids have plenty of room to play in the sand at their leisure, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the chiringuito and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The town of Dénia is just 5 km away. . Among the many tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for having a beautiful historic center and a great cultural heritage. El precio de las mascotas carísimo e incomprensible ya que no hay ubicación concreta ni comodidades para ellos.
Si quieren asegurarse el pago de posibles daños por mascotas,cobren una fianza por este motivo. Pero si se admiten mascotas no es comprenssee more

La puerta de entrada a la vivienda estaba un poco desencajada por lo que costaba abrir y cerrar y por lo tanto se producía un ruido molesto al hacerlo.
La cancela de acceso a la villa había que cerrarla con llave ya que el resbalón no llegaba a la cesee more

En la parte posterior se avisó al jardinero para rellenar de tierra unos huecos junto al tendedero donde se están deshaciendo unas raices de antiguos árboles y hacen que se te cuelen los pies, por evitar algún daño en los inquilinos
