The general conditions mentioned constitute an integral part of the tourist rental contract stipulated between you and VIAJES TURISDENIA SL (hereinafter, the company)

CONTRACTING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The minimum stays vary according to the season (low, medium or high) as well as the assigned days of entries and exits.
To confirm your request, you must make a payment on account of 20% of the total amount of the reservation and the rest according to season.
Payment will be made by transfer to the current account indicated in the reservation form, payment authorization to credit card or online POS, but if payment is not received within a week, the company will reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation without prior notice.
Last minute bookings, less than 8 days before arrival, the rental payment will be full.
INCLUDED SERVICES AND PRICES
Light, Water, Gas, Initial and Final Cleaning.
EXTRAS of NOT being included in the reservation (Euros / day)

The extras must be requested when booking.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURES
The keys to the accommodation will be collected at the address and date indicated between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
For arrivals out of hours, the reservation must be paid 100% and check-in done, then a place to collect the keys will be agreed. Departures on the indicated date, until 10:00 hrs.
CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the client must pay the following fees:
In low season: Between 31 and 15 days before arrival 20%; between 14 and 8 days before arrival 50%; between 7 and 0 days before arrival and the "no show" 100% - of the rental amount.
In high season (July 1-August 31): Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival 20%; between 30 and 8 days before arrival 50%; between 7 and 0 days before and the "no show" 100% - of the rental amount.
If the client leaves voluntarily before the end of their stay, there will be no credits or refunds.
CHANGES OF ACCOMMODATION
In the event that the accommodation could not be occupied for unforeseen causes, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to replace the original accommodation with another of equal or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
There is a minimum deposit of € 200, which is variable depending on the accommodation, which must be paid in the last payment or at check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours to one week of departure in the event of no significant breakages.
