Really nice house for 8 persons situated between Calpe and Benissa. It is a new constructed villa with modern furniture, very close to cala Puerto Blanco in Calpe. The villas has a living-room with satellite TV; a totally equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine and coffee machine; there are four bedrooms, two with double beds and other two double bedrooms with individual beds; also there are two bathrooms with bath. The house has two terraces, one of them covered, a portable barbecue and a private rectangular swimming pool of 9x5m. The villa is situated 5km. away from the sea and only 4km. away from the centre of Calpe. The Costa Blanca region of Spain has one of the best climates in the world, enjoying over 300 days of sunshine in an average year.
